The Unit is active in the evaluation of prevention programmes and policies and in research, notably in the field of HIV/AIDS, drug addiction and sexual and reproductive health. Extensive collaboration takes place with national and international public health agencies, including UNAIDS (IUMSP as a collaborating centre).
