The Unit works on the organization and delivery of health services, with an emphasis on the extent to which health services match population needs. Many efforts were directed in recent years to the study of health in old age and health care system adaptation to the need for care in ageing populations. This unit hosts the Lausanne cohort for the study of frailty in old age Lc65+ (www.lc65plus.ch).
