Results of the menuCH survey, directed by the IUSMP

Such are the results revealed by the first national nutrition survey in Switzerland, directed by the IUMSP in collaboration with the Institute of social and preventive medicine (ISPM) of the University of Bern and the Health division of the Bern University of Applied Science (BFH).

Commissioned by the Federal Food Safety and Veterinary Office (FSVO) in collaboration with the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH), this survey notably shows that 71% of respondents lunch out and that young people cook more often than older persons, especially in the evening.
